We offer a virtual, text-first primary care practice for patients with complex, overlooked conditions. You'll begin with our comprehensive intake. Don't worry if you can't remember everything; you can always return and pickup where you left off.

Paying for Pascal is straightforward, transparent, and risk-free. You'll pay an initiation fee for your comprehensive intake, and maintain your membership with a monthly fee (HSA-eligible). You'll never pay us anything besides this: no hidden or per-visit/interaction fees. All charges are refundable within 30 days.
